Is there anyone who doesn't like?The feel that when the ice cream is melting in your mouth...can't explain by words,it is so tasty and feel good.Think to have an ice cream now?hehe...Since all of us like ice cream so much,why don't us find out more about it?like it's 'background'-how to make it?
the ingredients needed are fresh cream(store in the refrigerator at constant 4 degree Celsius), powder skim milk, stabilizer(to prevent the ice cream from crystallizing), emulsifier(allows the mix to bond with air generating the whipping process), sugar and corn syrup.
After 3 minutes of mixing ,they are pumping into a pasteurization tank,keep at 70 degree Celsius for half an hour to kill bacteria,then homogenize the mixture,break the fat globular to give the ice cream the smooth texture.The mixture is then cool down and flavoring is added in.....then how it is transforming from a liquid into solid?
